Game Data: Your scores, settings, theme preferences, and game progress are stored locally on your device only. We do not upload or transmit this data to any server.
Advertising Data: We use Google AdMob to display advertisements. Google AdMob may collect certain device information and advertising identifiers to serve relevant ads. This is governed by Google's privacy policy.

2. Third-Party Services

The App uses the following third-party services that may collect information:

3. Data Storage

All game-related data (high scores, preferences, daily challenge history, leaderboard entries) is stored locally on your device using Android DataStore. This data is not transmitted to any external server and remains entirely under your control.

4. Children's Privacy

MergeUp does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. The app does not require account creation or any personal data input. Advertisements served through Google AdMob comply with applicable children's privacy regulations.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or share your personal information with third parties. The only data sharing that occurs is through the Google AdMob SDK for advertising purposes, as described in Section 2.

6. User Rights

Since all game data is stored locally on your device, you have full control over your data:

You can clear all app data through your device's Settings > Apps > MergeUp > Clear Data.
You can uninstall the app to remove all associated data from your device.
You can opt out of personalized advertising through your device's advertising settings.

7. Security

We take reasonable measures to protect the information handled by the App. All data is stored locally using Android's built-in secure storage mechanisms.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected by updating the "Effective Date" at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
